Ok. So I have a few questions (for those that don't know, I'm terrible with wires and fuses).

Question number 1: When i'm installing my aftermarket fog lights, do I need to put a fuse into the #6 location? And will that only allow my fog lights to work when the low beams are on. (read in another post the guy set it up so they worked with parking lights/high beams/low beams.)

Question number 2: Cecil SI: The slot that is empty, does that mean you can say rig up like a neon. And after the wiring and what not you hook it all up and put the fuse in the #8 spot. So this would mean when you turn on the car the neon turns on and when you turn off the car the neon turns off?
