i live in MA
and during those storms one of my friends civic with a cai, got hydrolocked
it would not turn over.
We removed all spark plugs and kept trying to crank it on..
Water was literally shooting 15 feet in the air.
After doing that for about 20 mins, we went bought some new spark plugs, tossed them in and after a few more trys at cranking it, it fianlly came on..
White smoke comming out the exhaust.
changed the oil twice, changed the spark plugs again,
and his car runs as good as before the hydrolock..
He was VERY VERY lucky.
