I heard on the other Civic forums that 7th gen Civics with lower tie bars/rear upper strut bar combined with sway bars of 19mm and larger have experienced broken rear subframes and some other suspension/chassis components?
Do you think what happened to J-Ro with the endlinks breaking off the lower control arm is just as likely on the Si? On
www.hondaautomotiveparts.com it shows that the Si control arm and the non Si one have different part numbers, however the part number for the plastic cover that goes over a certain part of the rear lower control arm shares the same part number. Besides the parts look completely identical in the diagrams.
