That is why the potential for the 335i/535i twin scroll engine to be in the 1 series coupe is exciting for me. Perhaps a return to 'the ultimate driving machine (with a bit less smirking when that is said). Smaller than the 3 series, gobs of HP/TQ, perhaps some nice suspension bits. Though I held out for the RHT in the 335i...I might have to hold out to see if this becomes available in a RHT.
I've been down the G35C route already. My lexus dealer here is never getting my money. Bastards. (Long story)
