Do you have an Si? The limiter is only in neutral at a dead stop or below 5 or 6 mph or something, I'm not sure. But if you're rolling you can sure as hell get it to redline as many times as you want to in 2 seconds. And there's a limiter at redline I believe its at 8200 or something around that area.
