Okay. So you have no 1/8" stereo cable you can use to get from the box (as the 'line out' is RCA) to get into the aux input jack, is that right? (There's a lot of stuff in the pic of the kit, so it's hard for me to tell exactly what's what, exactly.) Anyway, it sounds to me like you'd want to use the RCA cables from the box, and find a way to get their output fed into the AUX input jack...

If you need to get from the RCA cables out of the box, down to a male 1/8" stereo plug, then get a 'Y' cable:
Two RCA females at one end, and a male 1/8" stereo mini jack at the other. Plug your RCA cables into the RCA females at one end of the Y cable. Then the 1/8" male plug at the other end of the Y cable would go right into your AUX input jack. Then you'd be done with the FM modulator deal. No?

Yeah i ended up just gettin a rca -> mini 'y-cable' and just ran it from the xm box through the dash and out to aux input. I would have like to do it so that it was hidden but i guess i will just have to do that when i have time and play with the wireing. But it is a quick and painless solution. Sounds 100 times better than FM haha. But next step is to start wiring the sub/amp. Thanks for the insight.
