Interesting . . .

The last three payments I sent to buyers was somehow switched to e-check by paypal. I always send instant x-fer to peeps and I make sure of that. Anywho, the payments get taken out of my checking acct. and so far only one e-check cleared, the other two were mysteriously cancelled as well, even though there's more than sufficient funds in the acct. Seems like a paypal issue.

It sucks you didn't get your part, but on the otherhand Ortiv saw it was cancelled and sold to someone else.

Furthermore, I always say with online transactions, communication is the key to a sucessful deal. As far as the negative feedback goes, I think most of this could have been layed to rest if there had been more communication.

I understand both sides though, well that's my $0.02.

^I have made payment thru e-chack on pay pal and it has never been cancelled... Once u send a payment thru pay pal, paypal atomatically takes the money out of your account, but it still takes 3-5 days to cleared it...

I showed my proof...

can my negative feedback be taken out!!! I did nothing wrong... if a payment doesnt cleared for what ever reason it gives me the right to sell the product again... if theres no payment theres no sell...

if it shows cancelled to my understanding is that he back out from the sell... I have never seen it differently from that....

This is pretty much exactly what I was going to say. Something happened within the paypal system. The OP didn't get his part, but he also didn't lose any money. The part has been sold to someone else. That's that. The negative i-Trader feedback is gone. Unless Webby has anything more to say on this issue, this thread is closed. There's no reason to bicker back and forth.

Let this be a lesson to all who read this thread, when you're selling or buying something online, communicate with the other party.
