![]() i dont know. if his car is faster thatmeans he can load it up and personally deliver parts faster tha corsport can...lol. but seriously, racing doesnt settle customer service issues. and on a postive note, my one and only buying experience from sctuned went great. |

My only thing with corsport is that if you ever notice he is quick to jump in and try to get his name on a thread somewhere. He has tried it with us a couple times, so since I am a bully at the track, I wanted to show him that even though online he can be tough, that at the track he will still be daddys little boy. People who support the industry and support the scene are where you guys should spend your money. Ive said it a million times, I think what corsport does and how they handle business is a good thing. I 110% from the bottom of my heart respect there business, but Tai I dont like. How can you sit there and try to push people towards x,y,z product if you have never done it? It would like me trying to push a 150 shot of nitrous on your car and never even have tried it. You know what the consequences would be? Some poor kid/guy blowing his shit up. Our approach is different. We really, really dont need to sell online. Thankfully for us we have a huge local market that we attend to. However, I do research online too, so the more people that put "USEFUL" info up on boards for people to read or make there decisions on the better. End of the day. As I said a million times before. Are you going to trust the guy that works from home saying this part works great and is this much or are you going to trust the guy that has the car in there possession and is putting it on to make sure before we say buy it, here is what it did. You dont have to like our customer service or buy from us. However, you will respect me and what we do. I might come off as arrogant but please know that I am that same guy that if your broke and dont have food is going to be the one to put his hand out and say Imma help you get back on your feet. So when somebody like Tai (not putting corsport, respect corsport) comes on a thread like this trying to slander his name around its my way of bringing him back down to reality to show him that yeah, you might have a good business and all but you will respect me. If you dont, Ill make you. This is one bad ass forum. I did what I felt was my best to bring to you alot of reviews and feedback so that we were all on the same page when it came down to getting parts. Somebody mentioned a big wallet, yep, I do. Some of you dont and that is the SOLE REASON WHY WE DID THE REVIEWS and dynos on all of those products. So that you weren't spending money twice on some bs ass X-INTAKE or TURBO MAFIA exhaust. Those are scammers... Were a busy business. Hopefully this thread showed you that we do our best. As you can see from what was in the 4 pages of nothing here, plenty of people have had great experience's from us. Dont let 10 (if it was that many) issues stray you away from getting down with us. Also, stop pm'ing webby everytime we dont respond to your pm, we have a 20 message pm box and I dont have a reason to come on here that much anymore. Hey Tai.. All love, just watch what you do when my name is around. |

SCTuned got back to me and it seems it was more or less a misunderstanding and some miscommunication. They shipped my product and everything is kosher. (Unless I get my header and it has a hole drilled in it. ;p) Carlos made good by getting back to me today and unfortunately... the East Coast / West Coast time difference didn't help matters at all. That being said... I never intended this thread to be a Shop vs Shop thread. I was only looking to see if others were having similar issues. Fortunately... not as many as I expected.
Shit happens from time to time and coupled with some short patience, fixed garage times, and some slow emails can make a sticky situation. My apologies if it got out of hand at all. That being said, I can't wait to get my header today. Thanks again. |

I had ordered a intake manifold gasket, p2r throttle body spacer and gaskets, along with a greddy evo2 exhaust from them 4+ weeks ago, 2 weeks since my order i contacted them and found out they never even shipped it out, thats 2 weeks! carlos said they would ship it next day (22nd of april). I got my p2r throttle body spacer and gaskets, (Apr.28th) but haven't received the intake manifold gasket or evo2 exhaust, and i have contacted them many times just to get a tracking number and was told they would get it "today" but have yet to receive one, i know they can be busy, but all i'm requesting is a tracking # so i have an idea of where my stuff is or if they even shipped it, i believe i've been quite patient as it is now May. 8th.

i'm pretty patient, like i said in my post i did a follow up 2 weeks after my initial order on mar 29th, and it wasn't even shipped till i contacted them 2 weeks later? got my tbs and gaskets and just got a tracking # for my img which looks like was only shipped on the 6th, and nothing for the exhaust, now i dont quite know how the business and ordering works but im pretty sure i should have all my stuff by now even if i live in canada. Anyways i'll try to be patient a little longer but if there's no progress within a few days i think i'm gonna have to get a refund

the reason they didnt ship it is because they don't have it. There's no excuse for waiting 2 weeks before shipping something out then wait another 2 weeks to ship another item then what 2 more weeks for the evo2? I say get your money back for the exhaust go get it from a local place or a diff vendor and call it a day. Good luck man

When you placed the order, you called in the order? And you spoke to them? And still went through this?

![]() Personally, when I order anything over the phone, online, etc. I expect it to arrive as promised or at a minimum, get answers the same day I try to contact the vendor via phone, e-mail, IM, PM, etc. and I honestly don't give a rat's posterior if a vendor's cat got ran over that afternoon, or Wal-Mart ran out of tampons and you had to leave work early, etc. I wonder how customers of "said ex 8thgen sponsor" feel when the vendor openly states over and over that he "really doesn't need to be in this business" and "he's got work coming out of his ears at his shop" and "he's so wealthy from his real estate dealings he could just quit at any time", etc. etc.? I like doing business with folks that are hungry for my business since they seem to go out of their way to make sure I'm happy and deliver on their word, not arrogant people who don't care one way or another if they make the sale. Maybe there should be a disclaimer on the website that states, "Feel free to order from us but we hold the right to not answer the phones, return e-mails or call you back when promised because we're busy taking care of other more important customers, or heading to a show to sell more parts to those important customers and if you complain about it to anyone else we reserve the right to be excused because we spent money on a NOPI sponsorship and haven't even been able to maximize our marketing because we're soooooo busy. Oh yeah, my car can beat your car, too" |

he never slandered them, he just said he was there. I would do the same thing, they also probably know each other in Real life and SCtuned attitude was OMG ILL BEAT YOU IN 1/4 mile i am so sweet. I will continue buying from Corsport b/c they are great, honest and reliable people. For you not to buy from corsport b/c they care would be stupid.

Hmmm, I think it's legitimate for an active sponsor in good standing to stop by basically any thread besides those started by other active sponsors and say, "We're here folks and would love the chance to earn your business." They aren't sponsors of 8th just because they are nice guys (which all of the active sponsors I've worked with have been thus far), they sponsor this site in exchange for the ability to get their name out by establishing a presence.
