Tho my header didnt ship yesterday, I would have to pay $30 in overnight shipping for the gasket and bolts. Couldn't these be packaged with the header that was suppose to go out the day before???

Really poor customer service in my opinion. Time to call the credit card company and get my money back.

Figuring we overnighted it and its a day ahead of schedule. I would say you over reacted, we did our part and that somebody is going to owe me some money.

FedEx | Track

Just because you dont have tracking doesnt mean we didnt send it.

Yet another false fact. We gave you FREE overnight shipping. Just like we did on Bernabe's exhaust that he filed a paypal complaint on not even 24 hours after ordering because of threads like this. Yet another order that we will have to take the hit on since there both out for delivery.

If I was a vendor, Id just make people call about their orders. Its faster, you get the information correct, and you can settle issues right there - emailing and pm'ing seems to take to long

Thats my only beef. That being said... I hope I'm surprised tomorrow by the arrival of a header. Then we can put it all behind us. It's only a pain in the ass because one has to schedule garage time and other things around this.
Thats probably because of this..

http://www.nopi.com/nopims/index.php

We are a nopi sponsor that spent a VERY nice amount of money on the advertising there and we still haven't used a $1 of it. So were back and forth overnighting parts to get the cars here and our customers cars here done.

We are probably only going to be able to attend 3 of the 8 events we paid for, that we have a space for and even run my cars in the class we sponsored.

So you tell me? Atco from Friday thru Sunday and Englishtown next weekend. We have 7 cars we are taking and but 2 are ready to roll. You think you would be able to answer every email in 10 seconds? Threads like this create all sort of confusion and misconception about us being a "scam" or "bad" business and I love how companys like dicksport come in here trying to be a a hero.

Although I am sure my comment will be deleted. Lets just remember who put vibrant, dynos and REAL installations on the map so that the people like yourselves buying it weren't buying stuff that didnt even work.

Hey Tai, like i told you before. We settle the men business at the track. That EP3 ready for a nice whooping from daddy?

We are now getting over 380ish calls a day. Not to mention we just hired 2 reps to help out, but there still in training. Quite simple, if you feel you need to be hand held thru your order, dont order from me. Imma make sure you get the part that works, in a timely fashion.

We dont open the packages for 1. If you had a problem with it, you could of let us know and we would of gladly exchanged it because half of the time when those sway bars get here I am not to happy about how they look either. They take 4 of them together and ship them fedex ground in a very, very "CHEAP' box.

Believe me when I tell you. I really, really need not to do this anymore. If you ask any of the people whom are in the industry who truly know us, I am big on real estate. I can live very comfortably off my rental properties but I Would be bored out my mind.

Order History
Date Note
4/9/2008 Order Placed
4/11/2008 Card approved. In process and should ship monday. (monday roles around, no order update, then tuesday and wednesday and at least 20 calls....)
4/17/2008 Order wasn't in stock with us. We are waiting for it to arrive. Should be here tommorow.(this update only came because i posted on THEIR forums about not receiving updates, tracking #s etc...)

i'm extremely disappointed in their customer service, and will request my money back if i don't receive my exhaust or even an update by friday... making this a 2 week ordeal, on something that should have been shipped/updated by now...

i think its really shitty that someone who pays for something as expensive as an automotive part has to put up with the provider who doesn't communicate with its customers... and the icing on the cake, the post i made on their forum was promptly deleted within 2 minutes of being posted, at which point i also recieved that update....

TOTAL CRAP!!!!!!!!!!

Think that about covers it..

Now I ask, bad service huh? Figuring the orignal poster is on time with what he was told on his order. 3 Pages of nonsense. This is a perfect example of how a good business can get a bad rep. To think all the drama started over a $60 universal part.

Thanks for emailing me Webby. Glad I saw this, it shows what our service is really like.

I do agree people need to be more patient... if it's been a week since you expected the part, that would be one thing but wow... I order header and exhaust from sctuned on two separate occasions and didn't have any problems. I think people just need to relax What did people do before package tracking anyways?

I also dont think people understand how 'overnight' shipping REALLY works. The 'overnight' portion of it refers ONLY to the time spent in transit. This does not included payment processing and being picked up by UPS or Fedex (or other), then being processed by them and arriving at the location nearest the buyer, then being processed agian and send out for delivery

Like that exhaust for bernabe going to new york. This guy was GIVEN overnight shipping, he didnt ask, nor pay for it. I said hey, Ill give you free overnight. Shipping cutoff was damn near and it didnt leave that same day. I aim'd him (since that is how he placed the order) on 2 different occasions to let him know this but he never logged on.

So how the hell am I supposed to know his 8thcivic screen name. I get pm's sometimes like, where is my exhaust? No name, no nothing, like wtf. Im not a mind reader, let me know and I will get it taken care of.

I agree. I deal with this constantly. When you are at the mercy of shipping companies, it can give the appearance of bad customer service. When People are actually doing their job, things can still be ****** up by shipping companies. In my experience dealing with tuner shops - sctuned.com had the best customer service - considering a 2 day wait for contact from a huge supplier is a REASONABLE wait. People need to learn patience, and really understand how the marketplace works in this day and age.
