Thanks guys.

I really don't want to come off like a dick or anything... it just seemed fishy that we were replying to emails like they were chat msgs and the tracking info kept lacking in all of them... and no explanation when I asked directly about it. Thats my only beef. That being said... I hope I'm surprised tomorrow by the arrival of a header. Then we can put it all behind us. It's only a pain in the ass because one has to schedule garage time and other things around this.

hmm well i thought something was up, but this thread just proves it...
i ordered a TI-C exhaust from them april 9th, with the idea that it was in stock, and was going to ship monday like they claimed... i was apparently wrong

Order History
Date Note
4/9/2008 Order Placed
4/11/2008 Card approved. In process and should ship monday. (monday roles around, no order update, then tuesday and wednesday and at least 20 calls....)
4/17/2008 Order wasn't in stock with us. We are waiting for it to arrive. Should be here tommorow.(this update only came because i posted on THEIR forums about not receiving updates, tracking #s etc...)

i'm extremely disappointed in their customer service, and will request my money back if i don't receive my exhaust or even an update by friday... making this a 2 week ordeal, on something that should have been shipped/updated by now...

i think its really shitty that someone who pays for something as expensive as an automotive part has to put up with the provider who doesn't communicate with its customers... and the icing on the cake, the post i made on their forum was promptly deleted within 2 minutes of being posted, at which point i also recieved that update....

TOTAL CRAP!!!!!!!!!!

you guys aren't alone had my share of tracking number issues a while ago when they were vendors. they said my vibrant race headers were $600 something and another $30 for overnight. when i went to email him about placing the orders i wanted to overnight the headers and he turns around and tells me that the overnight shipping would be so high he's just gonna ground ship it with ups. that's understandable, but when i get my shippment i didn't get everything. i had order the header a greddy evo2 and the adapter. keep in mind that i have already spent over a grand with these people. I called up carlos and he tells me oh it was shipped a day late...why would he do that when he tells me he had everything in stock. they also claim to be authorized greddy dealer...lol according to greddy they aren't. anyways to make a long story short never got tracking number for the exhaust and never got the exhaust. i filed with paypal and that got their attention. i was eventually given a refund but in not in full at first because he says he supposedly overlooked something. people were giving me and other members on here grief about sctuned about how they were busy and thats why they dont answer their phones...they sure weren't too busy to take my money without questions though. still make my blood boil when i think aboout it.

Wow... I had several threads created showing just how pathetic SCTuned customer service was, luckily I did receive a full refund. I hope every inproper transaction is resolved in a promptly fashion. Good luck... knew this was inevitable

my suggestion is to do it now, you wont get a tracking number or your stuff if you ordered for overnight and still haven't gotten it yet. you pay for overnight you should get it.
