im down when your ready lol im just waiting for the insurance company now it doesnt matter when we do the swap they're still gonna buy me a new wheel
=======
they are giving me 183 dollars to pay for th wheel
=======
so that doesn't mean the buyer is expecting a wheel out of the deal? I guess my common sense is off? It doesn't say, IF they get you the money, you'll offer a new wheel. You said they ARE getting you a new wheel. The person bought the wheels under the assumption they would get the last wheel REPLACED. Not MAYBE...replaced.

If you said there was going to be a wheel replaced, then you should have done it. Even if your insurance company screwed you or whatever - you still had a deal.

Again, would you be ok if you were on the other end of that deal... expecting a wheel to be replaced, and then it NOT being fulfilled? I don't care if the wheel had massive curb damage or an inch of damage. That wasn't the deal.

YOU deciding what YOU think is right isn't going to fly. I heard you were ok with giving him 50 dollars? That doesn't get a pair of springs.

wow.
since op springs were sold....
if it was me id spend the money to get him a set of used springs (of what he had) plus initial diff in cash if any or a set springs he originally wanted or worst case scenario new.

he is the buyer, and its no way to prove that items sent nor received since receipt is lost, misplaced, or thrown out on galaxy part. I know Kurt, you went out of the way to try to resolve it but its time to cut your losses and do what i think its the only solution. Sorry for my .02 but seams like the only solution. Even though the buyer didn't ask for tracking or ins you should of kept the receipt just to save your ass.

yes, fedex ground would even be better. You get what you pay for. I sell and ship things often. The thought of blindly shipping USPS makes me shudder.

Yeah well your speaking on a issue i no longer care about because you did'nt make me aware of what you were doing you just did it meaning you didnt care what i said...i didnt tell shawn if the insurance didnt replace the wheel i would so you both can kick rocks pretty much on that subject...

and i already sent him 30 so if i wanted to send him 50 it would be 80 so what are you talking about 20 on that he can pick up a use pair look at it that way

It's sad you don't care. You said you weren't doing anything for the wheel situation. You made it plain as day you wouldn't buy another wheel once I started asking questions about it 2 months after the deal took place.

What do you care if I paid for the wheel? After you said you weren't going to pay- what info did I need to provide you with? I went around in circles for weeks with you in PM over the insurance not covering the wheel etc. You told me you weren't going to pay a penny out of pocket for the wheel - so that was that. I pmed the buyer and got the wheel replaced so they didn't have to kick rocks anymore.

You could send him HIS springs which are on your car! You sent him the money to equal out the trading of your springs in the deal. That wasn't money for him to buy another set of used springs!

that is just jacked up. You have his freaking springs on your car, and you're going to sell them to someone else, when you could just send them back.

i think kurt is a stand up guy and wouldnt think twice of scamming people...i seen him borrow money and give it back by the end of that night or as soon as he seen them again....plus what is a extra set of springs going to do for him if he wants coilovers...i also seen the springs ready to be shipped in his trunk....so why would he package them up if he wasnt going to ship them ?

This is how this can be resolved.
Kurt, call your bank and ask for the transaction number on your debit card. They will give it to you. Then, on your break, go to that post office and ask the attendant to reprint the reciept with the account number. They don't save last names or addresses but rather zip codes. If they still can't do anything because most of them are morons who didn't even finish junior high school, then write down the zipcode of the OP. Then, ask the attendant to see which items were sent to that zipcode. There shouldn't be many. Then, ask for the price of shipping for such items sent to that zipcode. If one of them matches yours, then ask them kindly to reprint that reciept. Then, mail out the reciept and $50 bucks(take a picture first) to the OP. After that, upload those pictures here and post them. That way, people will stop speculating.
