IM glad the arguing stopped. I just hope this works out for the both of you. Like I said to you JDM..I know Kurt fairly well. I really cant imiagine him doing this. Regardless of what I think though...I just hope it is all resolved soon.

yah unfortunately... was hoping when i got back from school today my springs would be sitting at door but still wasnt...

lol thats nothing i lent my headlight out for a guy to do his retos... he hept them for 6-7 months, i finaly got them back after he was dodgeing me... and im still out $40 that i spent out of pocket to send him my lights...

but thats what you get sometimes... all you can do is be patiant and wait. and i think thats your only choice for the next week or two just wait... pakages take a month or more csometimes to process, i might be stuck at some sorting facility...??? who knows. kurt wouldnt @#$% you...

So what would you like done Kurt? What would you want if you were in the OP's position? Is it his fault he doesn't have the springs?

First your story is you're glad you paid with cc, and had a receipt to show for proof.
That turned into, you paid with cash and you can't find the receipt.

At first you claim you sent them on the 11th, turned into you sent them on the 15th - again without proof. You chose to ship them without tracking and without insurance. Those were your choices.

Now you say you've sold the springs the OP sent you in exchange, so he can't even get them returned.

What would you want done if you were the OP in this situation? I'm guessing you'd want your springs returned, or you'd still expect him to be liable for the transaction. You'd want your springs.

You have nothing to even show you shipped them out, or what date. USPS can't do a thing without you having a receipt # to look things up. I spoke to the post office location that you said you shipped from this morning.

Go up to post 130 and make things right. If the transaction had taken place through paypal, you'd lose the mediation process because you can't provide proof of anything.

in 3 pm's he sent me, you said you were being compensated for the wheel, and there was no issue.

dude, this is totally uncool, because it's totally clear you told him the wheel was to be swapped. The other staff has reviewed the pm's as well.

I made it clear to him that the insurance was covering it. I sold the wheels as is, the wheel that i offered was me just being a friend just be considerate it was never part of the deal. Don't make me out to be the bad guy .I was lead to believe i was getting a wheel from my insurance. now that they are in court with the other insurance. the womans insurance doesn't want to cover the wheel. my insurance company still trying to get it. let me show you again you have clearly made it bold but read pass the facts. I see that im going to have to go into detail and explain.

The day Shawn came to pick up the wheel. I said to him that the adjuster came by and said that they are gonna cover the wheel...so spoke with my adjuster they're gonna replace the wheel with the hella curb lol they think its from my accident lol.

this is what i was told by my insurance i never ever said to Shawn that i would buy him a wheel out of my pocket ever look in all the pm's it very clear that insurance was to cover it.

look in my fs thread did i ever say anything about the insurance and the wheel no i didn't...being a cool guy i said to him the insurance could possibly get me a new one. Shawn took that and ran with it.

I was given the run around from my insurance company about the wheel. Shawn will not get a wheel from me unless they replace it the insurance company. or a refund that deal was done.

Its a 225 dollar wheel if the insurance replaces it fine.me taking my own money to do it never... webby read the pm again mine specially. See if don't say they never I.

I am sorry if I sound agitated at this point, but again this is not me trying to pull a fast one. I am just trying to receive what I was guaranteed.

Webby, please be honest with me, based on the above and below, will the site be able to help me, or should I consider small claims court?
