This doesn't make any sense. You cannot hand them your credit card you used and asked them for the recent transaction? You have no receipts at all? There has to be some kind of paper trail, receipts, etc... Last edited by 2fast4u2; 05-03-2008 at 01:05 PM. |

All you can do now kurt is get your statement and go to the post office. Then, check with them about the package because they have to stamp each package when they arrive before it goes for delivery.
If that still doesn't work, then ask for the supervisor or call the USPS number. Even if the item is lost, there should at least be evidence of purchase. It happened to me but luckily i had a tracking number and the asses forgot to ship my item |

That's not true Kurt. They just want to save their ass for something they've done on purpose because of their carelessness. They MUST have proof of them recieving the item regardless if it's lost. Otherwise, you can call your credit company and ask for a full refund then call 1-877-4USA-PPT (1-877-487-2778) because your item wasn't lost during shipping if there's no record and your CC was charged but instead they lost it AT the post office where you dropped it off. Insurance covers for lost shipment. But those little a-holes won't give you stuff if there's nothing that says you've dropped and paid for the item at the usps location. Reason being most people pay with cash and throw the reciept away. then, they have no claim and one of the workers start selling that lost item on ebay. insurance won't even cover that even if it's stamped and they might tell you that you forged the stamp. It's happened to me and i took my loss but then i always ship with a tracking number and pay with my CC.
