help with modifing post

so, i've seen someone who had like a long listing post, and they were able to set it up where it wouldnt take up all this spacy, but it was in a box, where you were able to scroll on it, anyone know how to do it?

nah, i saw it a long time ago, it look like it was in a quote box kinda, and on the side you had a scroll bar...... don't know where that post is, and dam, that avatar is scary, haha

You have to set it up with [CODE ] and [/CODE ] ...(remove spaces before ], closing bracket)
