Addressing to this thread and everyone who has provided feedback to us:
First let me start by apologizing for the delays for answering the PMs. Customer service is a priority which we try to maintain within the company. However I think its unfair that the admins'/members judgements on our company reflects on us in this manner. It seems that a very recognized and popular member of the forum was not happy with a recent transaction, which is common to have (a few unhappy customers) when running a business. However when bringing our EBAY business along with the matter, thats just vague. Again our EBAY business is a DIFFERENT DEPARTMENT, different location, overall diff. branch of our business. Although its under our name, the process of a order is different in EBAY (for those of you who are very familiar with running a EBAY business, you would definately know!) Also like I told Webby we have been moving for the past week, expanding our business to a bigger facility. Now before you jump into conclusions like "thats not an excuse...." etc etc, again in reality a few transactions will be SOUR and HEY IT HAPPENS, but we do what it takes to resolve the issue nonetheless! We are vendors on Ephatch.com, honda-tech.com, zilvia.net, evolution.net, Fitfreak.net, NASIOC.com, team-integra.net, s2ki.net, and MANY MORE and I can guarantee most of the things said about us is VERY GOOD. Again I do apologize for the delays you have been getting (seems to be only 1 customer lol), however REFUNDS have been issued, we did not run away with the MONEY. If we still have your money, IT WILL BE REFUNDED. Again, relflection on our EBAY department and everything that started directing @ our EBAY business shouldnt reflect on our vendorship here on 8thcivic.com. Also admins pointing out our 16 negative reps on our EBAY in the last month is VERY irrevelant in my opinion, thats 16 out of probably 1000 transactions we did out of the month. Its a business, not everyone will be happy yet we strive to make it everyone happy. We are dealers, wholesale distributors, etailers, etc for many companies and manufacturers and weve been in business since 2004. Nonetheless, AGAIN I do apologize for the unhappy customers which basically were only 1-2 people out of the 50+ of transactions we have done here on 8thcivic.com since we started. Whether the admins, keep us or not, I just wanted to get this issue addressed and would appreciate it if any of the admins PM me back. thanks for writing something down for us.. finally..
the problem we have is that whenever we had transactions with you, you just BARELY or NEVER checked your emails and pms.. i mean.. at least you could've checked your pm box every other day... (especially since you were a sponsor here.) when i sent you the payment before, you told me it was going to ship in a week, but it never did.. i tried to contact you guys, but your phone line was ALWAYS busy, or you just never picked up. and i've always wanted to ask you this.. do you guys even have skunk2 springs in stock? i mean.. not try to sound like an ass, but is it that hard to ship something that you guys have in stock?..

We do have most in stock. I can tell you ANTYHING SKUNK HAS IN STOCK, WE DO. Skunk 2 is only 10 minutes away from us. If you waited a month for the springs, it most likely was out of stock. And again, we go by what any manufacturer will tell us when we call for inventory if we just happen not to have it in our facility. Again it HAPPENS, and this is why we give refunds.

my only beef with you is that i fell like you seemed to blame me for what went wrong with the transaction even though i asked you!!!!! to send me a money request and some how the money request was sent from your ebaystore. and even after you figured it out it still took you a few day to even try to fix the problem.
i am not saying the customer is always right but when you make a mistake own up to it and fix it right away instead of giving the customer the run-around. |

If im not mistaken, I may have addressed the issue in which it might of gave you a sour taste in your mouth, however again I was unaware at the time which is why it took me awhile to take care of your issue because I couldnt find your order. We PM'd each other numerous times until it was brought to my attention the payment went through the ebay account. Everything I told you was the truth, so I dont consider it giving you the "run around." If anything it was just simple miscommunication. I do apologize that it did have to happen with you. The one time I ordered from them on ebay I requested a pick up but got same day delivery. This was a couple years ago.
Recently I've seen quite a few people complain about their service and lack of inventory in stock. I didn't know they were still vendors. |

yea i came across them thru this site and placed the order well i talked to them once other than that call, call and they never answer, multiple emails no response, wow im so dissapointed and i was plannin on ordering a lot more shit from them....
this has to be the worse customer service ever..... and kind of hard to ask for a refund when i can't get ahold of them........... im thinking of calling my credit card and dispute this since i can't get any-type of service from them in any way.... Last edited by gdmlaz; 05-07-2008 at 10:03 PM. |
