How do you post something for sale?

Hi, I have some rims for sale that I would like the members here to get first dibs on, How do I post them? The rims are the ones on my avitar.

You go into the for sale section, create a thread, put a picture, the price, and maybe the reason, and any other details needed by a potential buyer and then you wait.
