8thCivic.com Bans Paying Members And Takes Money!

Why don't I have access to the VIP forums? I payed 30 dollars got banned and now have my VIP privileges taken. either give me my VIP access back and never ban me again because I am a paying customer or give me my 30 dollars back and cancel my paid subscription. no where in the description does it say no refunds when i bought the 1 year bundle subscription and if im not going to have the services that i was promised and have my access restricted i claim a full and prompt refund. i hope no legal action will be taken. thanks for your attention....

Not sure what you did to get banned, but I refund seems to be fair. Unless you were trying to hack the forums or something.

i got banned for a week because i was voicing my doubts about the X-Intake HP dyno claims.

i mean that is worse then trying to hack the forums, you know, having an opinion....

it seems like there was some more to that story. I doubt they would ban you for complaining about Xfactor's intake. Did you try PM's webby or 2fast4u2

I have to add this:

If you are a VIP member, you can still be banned for violating site rules, being VIP does not get you any special treatment when it comes time for the staff to intervene in something you are doing.

Also you asked for the refund, which Webby gave the night you asked for it, have you checked your Paypal account, it doesnt refund back to your checking account, it refunds to your paypal account and then you have to transfer the money back to your checking.
