too many stickys

Anybody else think that there are too many sticky? mostly talking about the bolt on and repair sections. I counted 26 between the 2 of them earlier. and even this one has 9. if something is that much of a "hot topic" then it usually will keep getting bumped to the top anyway. Please stop with the Stickys!

I'm sure some of them are overdue to be purged.

For instance... the Nov 17th NO meet in the south forum.
