Alrite im totally new here... and so far im loving it...

i just have 1 simple question

Your link didn't work for me... so I couldn't see who was selling.

I always see if the member has an iTrader rating. You can view previous comments from members to see how it was doing business with them. Short of that, you're on your own.

I always Paypal the seller first... letting them know the money has been sent. At that point they should send your item out as soon as they can. Usually within a day or two is nice.

There are members who have had bad experiences, so you have to use common sense.

if you send money and he never sends rims, you tell paypal and they deal with getting you your money back.

It looks like "Exeon" gave him a really good rating when he bought something from him on 8/24/07. I think that's a good sign that you won't get screwed.

It doesn't look like you will have any problems, but if someone doesn't ship your items after paying them, then you'll have to pursue them legally. Depending on the cost (<$1000), it probably isn't worth the aggrevation, and it would just end up being a painful experience.
