Can't post to the Canada East BST forum

Hey guys,

think I may have missed something but when i try to post on the above forum I get a generic "cannot post message"

Say's either i dont have permissions or my account has not be activated.
I seem to be able to post here ok though

any help? did I miss something about posting rules?

i think you need a certian amount of posts before you can create a thread in one of those sections.
