Login Timeout ?

I searched the forum and didn't find anything on this.
I keep getting booted out of the forum after like 15 mins of inactivity.
I have to log myself back in 20 times a day ...
I would imagine this is taxing to your authentication server as well as the forum itself.

Is there a way that i could increase the timeout function to at least 2 or 3 hrs ?

Thx

I have my browser set up this way all the time.
So it's just me that has this issue ?
I keep my browser up all the time so i dont close and re open.
The cookies and cache setting shouldn't affect it while my session is still open.

If its just me, i must be doing something wrong.

It's very possible you have 2 cookies. It's happened to a ton of people in the past which is why I made that how to. When you clear it out - it SHOULD resolve the problem by getting a new cookie.

Or you can navigate to just the 8thcivic one -
navigate to a site other than 8thcivic -

FF - tools> options> privacy tab> "show cookies" button >

find the folder "8thcivic.com" - delete all those cookies in the folder.
come back to the site - login "remember me" box - log in
