Question, please help real quick

Well this is what I my quick question I understand if im going to get flamed...

What are visible points? All im trying to do is post a thread in the for sale forum and it wont let me i read the requirements but and says you need 31+ visible points? Do i have that many..

I know its wrong forum but no one was viewing the site questions forum..

basically you need 31 (non-spam) posts before you can start a for sale thread
