Ability to edit post on some boards but not all?

It seems that I can edit my posts on some boards, but not others.

Is it supposed to be that way?

And to answer your question, yes, sometimes this is a function of the design.

It isn't a big deal. I was just going to include a pic of the pin I mentioned.

I just wondered if there was something messed up with my account, or if it was a setting on some boards but not the others.
