If you read the thread, you are 100% wrong. He said he went down and shipped it and it cost him $15 more than what he qouted me. almost 2 weeks later and no package, he says he went to ship it and it cost him $50. How do you ship a package twice and pay for shipping twice? His story makes no sense so I filed the claim.

And this is over a measily $55 dollar transaction. What a waste of my time. I dont even care anymore about this kid. Never again will I buy anything from a Honda forum. ******* stupid. Might be a few good sellers/buyers but the majority of Honda owners are ******* clowns. I never have these problems on the DSM/EVO forums.

Common sense would have given you the "hey, I might be getting scammed here" since he asked for additional money to the agreed price of shipping As long as has no prove of you receiving the item you will get the money back..its just going to take time and the full amount will not be there....

Ps- We all learn from our mistakes...

Dont talk to me about common sense. When he asked for the extra $15, I gave him the benifit of the doubt. I didnt send him any money and was going to wait for package. When I found out he didnt actually ship and asked for more money, thats when I filed the claim.

So what mistake did I make? The only mistake I made is buying stuff from Honda forums. Its simple minded to say something like that but I only have issues at Honda forums to the point, I dont even care to buy anything from anybody anymore.

I will update this thread next week if I recieved the package or not. Thats it.

This isnt the first time, the second, or the 3rd. Im not blaming this forum but just the Honda community in general. I seem to have issues with Honda owners only... wierd. Usually they dont speak english half the time. In this case, I am not sure but you get my point. I only have issues with Honda owners. Never any other make...

Package arrived at my house today. Ship date of 3/2/10, way off the date he first claimed he shipped and would cost an extra $15.

The test pipe looks to be a Megan Racing pipe replacing the cat section with a resonator but inside the resonator, all the metal mesh inside is loose and rattling around inside. Sections are actually missing.

I guess he didnt feel it was important to tell me that if I installed this test pipe on my car that it would make the car sound like I am dragging cans like I just got married.

Typical honda seller. Add it to the list of lies. He can write off that $15/$35 extra he payed for shipping on taxes for lying 3 times to me and having an attitude. I am debating on sending the pipe back to him and just get a full refund as this pipe is useless. We will see later today if I am able to salvage it by cutting out resonator and welding a true straight pipe on it.

If you only have issues with honda owners you must not get out much. I've dealt with f**ktards from nearly every car company out there you can name. VW, Chevy, Ford, etc etc... Sure honda has a few more than the others but what do you expect from cars that can be bought for cheap and upgraded easily?

I'm on your side with what happened here against that member but come on now with the bashing of "only Honda's"......

Best of luck with the situation though hope the dispute goes well.

Also most definitely get a full refund if that douche gave you the test pipe with resonator in that condition.

There we go again...Kind of like when you tell a kid" hey don't touch the hot iron!" but yet for some odd reason they decide to keep on touching the iron even tho they know it will cause pain...you only lost $50 out of a honda owner...wonder how this guy feels:

BJ's Cylinder Head [Archive] - DSM Forums: Mitsubishi Eclipse, Plymouth Laser, and Eagle Talon Forum: DSMtalk.com

A good friend of mine ordered the JS1 motor package from BJ's Cylinder Head in Tulsa, OK in January of last year. The total for the package was just over 10,000 dollars. 5,000 was sent upfront to start the build and then BJ called him to send the balance as the motor was ready to ship approx 6 months later. It has been well over a year and he is only able to get in contact with BJ maybe once a month, and always given an excuse and a promise that his motor will be shipping by the end of the week.

I went in with a couple pairs of long pliers and long snips and cut away the most I could that was all over the place but here is after I cleaned it up. Still kind of iffy so I think I am just going to cut the resonator and weld in a new pipe without the mesh inside. No big deal. I got what I paid for and the kid is a liar 3x even if it was for short money.

I get out plenty. I have been doing online purchses probably longer than you have been playing with your silly little Honda. I am not trying to say only Honda owners bring issues. I am saying I always have issues with Honda owners and never anyone else. And if you want to question how much business I do online with other makes and models, here are a couple scrren shots of my paypal account history... a paypal account that has been active for over 6 years. Search kkline83, krklinegvr4,$ krkline2gdsm for feedback. You will find **** going back to 2002 on forums. I get the most failed transactions from Honda forums. WOuld you like me to get an accurate number together? A couple hours on paypal will turn up a close, accurate number.

Every forum has scammers. You just have to know what is right and wrong. From the pic you posted. That thing cant weigh 20 lbs. Plus he shipped it USPS Parcel Post. You better be glad you even received it.
