pop ups when visiting this site.

does anyone know why everytime i visit this site i get a pop up about i am a winner and that i need to complete a short survey? i happens every single time and i do have a pop up blocker on.

Google malwarebytes, install that and make sure it is fully up to date. Run a quick or full scan on your system and it should eradicate whatever has infected your machine.
