How do I delete my account?

Today is my b-day and I'm getting a lot of e-mails from boards I no longer frequent...

Please delete my account so that someone else can use my username if they wish...

In your User Control Panel, under Edit Options, there is a box you can check/uncheck if you want to receive e-mail from the administrators. The e-mails usually consist of site updates, "Happy Birthdays", etc.. Ya know, important stuff.
