What people are meaning is before you take the photo, set the white balance. (not all cameras can do this). After you do this, then lock the focus (so you will be able to see the gauges/lettering on dials, etc.) and then take the shot. Once you do this, you'll see a world of difference with your raw photo.

You can save it as a picture by using your PRT SC or Print Screen button.
I takes a pciture of exactly how your desktop looks.

1. Open up Photoshop or Paint
2. Make the screen how you want the picture
3. PRT SC
4. Go to your PS or Paint
5. Hit CTRL-V
6. Save image.

Just like that

all you have to do is put it in here. I just do it at random when I can get a chance to do a big group at a time. It may be a month or 2 before the next update - we'll see.
