It doesn't hurt to keep sending applications. The sites been growing a lot. As we add more members, we'll need more moderators.

If I would have known that, I would have kept mine on file. I thought it was a one time thing, if you dont make it, dont bother trying again. Oh well, maybe I can find the time to do it again later.

thats how i feel. I thought the fact that i know bizzybear and sickyute in real life maybe they would help me get the job but apparently that doesn't help at all. O well, seems like too much work anyway.

Nah doesn't seem like too much work, well for me anyways. Past couple of months i haven't had much work @ my job. So it would be easy to handle the job. i know I'm an asshole to idiots, but alot of people can vouche that I'm a good guy. But o wells.

Off the top of my head, we look for someone who is active and always willing to help. You don't have to be necessarily knowledgeable - it's not rocket science to realize there is flaming going on, a double post, etc. Your history is also another contributing factor - where you post, how helpful were you and whether or not you've had any "incidents" with the other mods.
