Problems with JOTECH PERFORMANCE

hi!

i´m from Brazil and my english is not so good.

i don´t know if i posted this thread in a correct local. sorry.

In august 04, 2011, i bought with jotech performance/ Jorge Ortiz Carpena a suspension kit! rear and front koni yellow shocks and eibach sportline springs.

until now, february 23, 2012. i never received the parts!
like a 6 months!!!!!

Jorge always has an excuse. He always say "the parts is in the way" or "eibach is in te way. we are waiting for the koni" and never has a tracknumber. today jorge not answer me.

I opened a dispute on paypal. 45 days have passed and i can´t money back. i did this only for registry in paypal.

i know in brazil have other peoples in the same situation... but they prefer not to identify.

if i get the parts i come here and take back everything i said.

Today, i can say, never buy anything with jotech!!!

didnt we just hear of a similar incident, however it wasnt JoTech but an associate of theirs?

I will wait to hear the other side before passing judgment.

theyre local to me. weird never heard anything bad about them that wasn't rectified by them shortly after

I'm just saying that at the moment there is hardly, actually none, proof that OP ever even made an order(not saying he didn't).

Jotech? Jorge ortiz is one legit guy, I've seen countless HAPPY customers in here and on FB..
OP I'm not saying you are making this up BUT you should post some proof, such as emails, paypal payment confirmation #, or claim email?or a link to the thread where the items was being sold?
