hey ethlar, I've got some drawings for you. I think it'll be easiest to go with the same design for front and back, then I'll modify them more later, since I want as close to a perfect fit as possible, since I plan on reinforcing the interior with a 2-part epoxy.
Also, I changed things around a bit since this is going on a rapid prototyper. I'm going to try an oval since that will fit the projector better I think.

Shoot me a PM regarding cost/payment/shipping and all that stuff, or if you think there are any improvements to be made.
