i know how to get around the grinding sensation its really hard to describe over the computer but i can try. ok when you go to move into gear pause at the resistance point for one sec and let them sync up and and everything will glide together with perfect presicion. it almost sucks it into gear.older hondas with 1 or 2 cone synchs really didnt have the grind feeling issue they where either nice and smooth or a royal ***** to get into gear. now with the k20 gearbox it has 3 cone synchs 1st through 3rd so it does take that extra milla sec for it to sync right for smooth shifts. if its still hard to understand i can make a vid of what im talking about. hope it helps
