New trick to pulling off the wheel liner clips...use a cotterpin remover or a hook/pick set. Can buy these tools from Sears for like 5 bucks each. The center of the clip prys up just a bit loosening the base. If done at a nice slow and easy pace, you can feel when the tension has loosened and it is time to pry up on the base of the clip. Tips from MECP/EET mobile installer. Another freebie...Listen to OE and do your homework, there is no need to use the additional relay harness. What is the point of having multiple relays in a circuit designed for one? This can actually be harmful in the long run given the switching time for the relays while activating=more strain on the wiring.
