The owner of the store I work at is a WWII vet and him and I talk quite frequently about it. He brought in an article he found in a paper down in Florida that I wish I could find to add to this thread but I don't know the name of the paper or the article name to even begin to find it. However, the gist of the article is that there are two people in our lives who died for us and the author pretty much compares the soldiers to Jesus, not in a religious sense but in that both gave up their lives for you. It was a very touching article if this thread is still active next time I'm in the store I'll try and post it up.
