Was it both sides or one side? Mine only ever flickered on the passenger side. Are those stock high beams? Here's a drivers view pic of mine from a couple nights ago. Even this doesn't do justice for how bright it lights up the road in front of the car. The headlights seem to be pointing mostly down too so hopefully I'm not blinding people. When I've driven behind people at night it seems like most of the light is shining on the road or low enough that it just lights up their bumper and not their entire passenger cabin. As far as the PnP goes I e-mailed the vendor and asked them specifically what they suggested and they said with our setup we should be able to PnP. I figured I'd go that route and if I have flickering issues or other issues I'll just hook it up with a relay harness.
i didnt break any clips because i used a normal screw driver and took my time..

the clips only pull out a 1/4 of the way then you can easily remove them by pulling them out.. i've removed panels and such useing clips like these MANY times. ( you dont just pry them out, they have little slots to stick a screw driver into and release the clip)

i dont have any problems with a flicker anymore.. i think it was just in my head

and the highbeams, their silverstars. which i think i'll be replacing with those luminics yellow blubs
