I have had the yellow lamin-x on mine for about a month and have not had any problems yet. I have been watching them though. The most important thing is to not leave the car sitting for a period of time with the fog lights on. It seems like that is when it burns up for most people. If I am in heavy stop and go traffic I try to keep them off but other than that I leave them on and they are fine. The ones on ebay that are already pre-smoked or yellow are good but they are always going to be that color so you would be stuck with them, the lamin-x just peels off and protects the lense
