Tried for about an hour to get the new bulb in the housing, and eventually it just went in like magic (with wifeys help). Slapped in the ballast, got everything connected, finally ready to try it out.... Start the car up to test them before I patch everything back up, and I get no damn light! So what are the chances that 1- something is DOA, or 2 - I broke something, or 3- something is connected backwards or not firmly connected. This wasn't the easiest install unless you have triple jointed arms and are particularly good at removing impossible plastic clips that just like to bend and break. Extremely frustrated as my car sits still jacked up on one side without a wheel and without a working headlight. Waiting for my friend who actually doesn't suck at working on cars to come see if I f'd anything up. BTW I used the same kit as the OP.

try switching polarities. If that still doesn't work...ask the seller for a new one since ur ballast was DOA
