Yea but watching dvds in the front or removing your cat wont directly lead to a bad situation. I mean if you watch a dvd and your take your eyes off the road you may crash.

If you disable the seat belt and the air bag flys up and breaks the neck of a 16 year old kid and the mom finds out that he learned on this site how to do it, i think we might have a problem there.

Edit: You have a choice to steer the car and watch a dvd, you dont have a choice on how close you'll be thrown to the air bag before it comes out at 200 mph.
