Modding a car is one thing...explaining in detail how to defeat a safety feature is another. Especially when the feature being disabled can cause more injury in the event of an accident.
People have sued and won for their coffee being too hot. You know it's coffee...it has to be hot but they'll sue when they burn their mouth.
People will sue for anything these days...I don't want to see 8thCivic take a fall for someone posting bad information about SAFETY. The site might not be able to be held liable but they can be called into question for not taking more proactive steps to keep information like this off of their site.
