I'm not sure about the Si, but when I went from the stock 14mm rear sway bar on my '98 GSR to the JDM Type R 23mm rear sway bar I had to purchase what they call a reinforcement kit, which is designed to reinforce the mounting area (your subframe) and prevent tare outs.
Meaning a larger rear sway bar could possibly tare out of the sub frame or mounting locations if put under a lot of force because with the exception of the ITR (Integra Type R) all other Integras didn't have a reinforced subframe.
I am not sure if the Si has a beefier subframe than the EX and lower models or not but those extra pieces you have circled in your other post look to be reinforcement plates and if they fit on your Si, then I imagine they could only help.
