You are totally right, i didn't expect headers when i looked under my hood. I just wanted a CAI maybe for a little fun. But definetly, i'm not putting too much money into this engine, the K20 is a way better way to go. All i want is just a CAI and maybe a few minor mods. I knew right off the bat when the engine is sohc that gas milage was more important in this model than power. Thats why there is hardly ne torque or power until high rpms. It would be wise for say aem or ingen to make a CAI because i know a lot of people on just this site that would get it. But i understand that R18 plus a lot of money is just not as good as a K20.
