well the RB has a cast iron block and is near bullet proof BUT still is not very reliable, especially when swapped into a 240, i have lots of friends with RB swapped 240's and they are CONSTANTLY having problems and having to dump hella money into them just to keep em running BUT they have alot of fun with the cars so its up to you, they make anywhere form 400 whp up to a few that are running 1200 whp (not on stock bottom end)
sr20 is easier swap and more reliable from what ive seen BUT its an aluminum block so if you wanna run crazy boost levels it would be worth building the bottom end
a lesser known swap is the ca18det (s13 sylvia) its a 4 cyl version of the RB, its a cast iron block much like the RB and is actually the pre-cursor to the RB. i have heard that the CA18 has the best of both worlds, with the exception of being a 1.8 ltr, which isnt as big of a deal if its going to be fully built. . .
as much as you dont want to register on a nissan forum, i would recommend it as buying an engine swap is a large investment and id hate for you to spend thousands of dollars on a nissan swap, and countless hours working bugs out to do a swap that was recommended to you on a HONDA forum and then you end up regretting it later. . .
do your research
