I did a projector retrofit DIY back in May 09......No issues, drove from Wisconsin to Jersey and loads of driving all over the east coast since then.......no problems.

Yesterday, out of no where.....the shroud on one head light comes apart within the housing.......can't believe JB weld could not hold that, maybe it became too cold for JB Weld. Gets very cold and windy where I live.

Or maybe its horrible Jersey Roads.

Anyhow, now I have to remove the headlights, bake em apart, redo the shroud.....and have to wait till its at least 50F to be able to touch the car.

Have to drive around with a loose shroud around till mid march I guess. FML
