I had my windshield replaced recently, and after the service, the washers didnt work. I had someone come out to check it out again, and they said that everything was hooked up properly.

I live in the northeast, and I'm not sure if the lines could be frozen or not, but any ideas about what to test or what I could look at if needed?

I can hear the motor running that runs the nozzles and the resevoir is full, I don't even see a dribble come out of the nozzles either.
