I talked to Mike on AIM: NSTonAIM and asked him about the wait period and told him a lot of you guys seem to be getting impatient. He said that they have been working on kits. This is what he said he sent to a few customers by email.

have been doing some testing over the past few weeks.
We are happy to report that our testing has gone well and these parts are all

These pulleys are all in the works and will be shipped out as soon as
possible. Our current ETA for these pieces is the week of May 14.

piece before it is released as a final product. Rest assured that you will be
