Actually there is only one kind of pulley's so the 15% must be it.
My understanding is that if you buy the Alternator and Crank Pulley's you will automatically get the New Idler Pulley for FREE and then there is no need for a new belt. The problem is that the waiting. There is about a 6-10 week waiting period from the time you place the order until you will receive the pulley's
