I found a wiring diagram that is for the factory amp connections. So today I went and bought an aftermarket stereo harness for the 2005 Civic and it turns out that that harness fits the wider blue harness that is coming from the factory amp. I will be wiring it up today and bypassing my factory amp. I just have to make sure that I match up all the wires correctly. The wiring diagram is attached, just click the thumbnail.
