Thanks for your reply. A few other questions:

1. On the factory amp there are two harnesses plugged in. I am assuming that the wider harness has all the speaker wires in it. Is that correct? If so, then what is the smaller harness for, the factory subwoofer?

2. Is there a harness I can use to bypass that factory amp? I've noticed that the wider harness plugged into it resembles the factory radio harness used in the 04 civic ex and I was considering getting the aftermarket harness for an 04 civic and wiring that to the IVA-W200 and then plugging the other end into that wider harness on the factory amp. Is this possible?
