I've installed an Alpine IVA-W200 DVD player in my 2006 Civic EX. All the wires except the yellow/black brake wire and the yellow/blue emergency brake wire are connected and secure. I've double checked to make sure that all speaker, ground, and power cables are connected to their matching cables on the aftermarket wire harnesses. The problem is that I'm not getting sound output to my factory speakers. My subwoofers are working and getting output as they should but none of the factory speakers are working. I get information about the cd or dvd on the screen of the IVA-200 and I know that the unit is reading both types of disc and picking up radio stations. Am I forgetting something in my install? Is there something wrong with IVA-W200? Is it my wiring? I've worked on this all day today and I googled nearly every topic I can think of concerning this problem. Can anyone help me?
