I re-installed everything. I did not bypass the factory amplifier, but there is a background noise quite loud. I'm planning in getting a 4-channel amp and news speakers soon, so that will solve the problem for the noise. Else, I suppose I could get a noise reducer or whatever it is called.

Another question though... I used the wire harness for the sound, and it works great. I used only 3 wires on the second plug: light blue (remote for stock amp), pink and brown for the steering wheel controls. Here is my problem. I tried to follow the instruction for programming the PAC-PS unit, but I cannot get the "mode" button to work. I used a resistor for trck up/down and volume up/down, and those 4 work great... I missed only the mode. Any tips on this one?
