"Brackets? Drilling? Really? Just "flip and zip." Once you take off the plate, you can see how the mount will still fit in the grill. The holes, are one slat off though. So, just use zip ties through both sets of holes, and one below. Pull them tight, and it'll be snug. Worked for me.
